Dear Birth Parents,
Our names are Kim and Patrick. We first want to thank you for taking the time to learn more about our family. We also want you to know that we can only imagine how difficult this decision is for you. Please know that we admire your courage and the deep love that you have for your child as you make your adoption plan. Should you choose us, we promise to cherish and love your child unconditionally and to provide him/her with all the support, love and security that they need. We will provide a loving home and a life full of love, laughter and family.
We live in New York and have been married for 14 years. We met in college and were friends before we started dating and continue to be each other’s best friend and soul mate. We are a warm, fun-loving family that has a strong interest in education, travel and all sorts of family activities. After several years of trying to conceive and medical interventions, we were blessed to have our son Matthew. He is now 4 years old and is the light of our lives and we love being parents. Our days are filled with piggy back rides, trips to the playground, games of hide and seek and duck duck goose and laughter. We have always wanted to have a family and now that we have been lucky enough to become parents, it has only strengthened our desire to have more children. We tried to conceive another child, but after several medical interventions, we decided that the best way to build our family was through adoption. We strongly feel that our family is not yet complete and that we have more than enough love and time to give another child. We are hoping for one more miracle.
