To Our Future Child’s Birth Parents,
We are happy to have this chance to introduce ourselves to you. We are Mirna and Paul from New York, a happily married couple hoping to welcome our first child. We hope that you find us to be a good match for you and your baby. We want you to know, without even know who you are yet, we think about you often. We wonder what your name is, how you are feeling, and pray that you have support as you make decisions for you and your baby. Only you know which couple is right for your baby, and we imagine you will know instinctively when you have found them. We think highly of you and decisions you are making to give your baby the best life. We want to thank you for taking the time to read our profile.
We met through one of Paul’s friends who attended high school with me. Growing up with strict Latino parents, our time together was very limited. Even with all the limitations, we fell in love. My parents felt it was too soon for a relationship, so I was sent away to a boarding school to focus on my education. After time, we grew apart and lost contact with each other.
Six years ago while attending college classes, Paul ran into my sister and our relationship was rekindled. After dating for 10 months, Paul proposed to me while on vacation in San Francisco. We were married in the Caribbean, on the island of Turks & Caicos with our immediate family attending. It was a perfect celebration of our love. We have been happily married for almost 4 years now and look forward to becoming first-time parents!
Thank you for considering us in your plans. We commend you for your selfless approach, and determination to give your baby a bright future. We hope that you think we are the perfect couple to raise your baby, but no matter who you choose, we wish you serenity in your life. We welcome the chance to answer any questions you might have for us, and we would love to have the opportunity to personally speak with you. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you in the coming weeks as you figure out what is best for you and your baby. We have completed all the necessary steps required to adopt.
